Are You Connecting or Just Communicating?

June 3, 2011

A lot of us, and I include myself in this group, are communicating madly, but are we really connecting to our friends/ family/clients? Between Facebook, twitter, blogs, LinkedIn, and YouTube, the opportunities to “share” are endless, but are we really relating to one another?

Are we substituting electronic messaging for real, substantial conversations? And if so, what is the impact on our businesses and our friendships?

Your thoughts?
