The Elizabeth Advantage

Elizabeth Walls has earned her reputation for taking care of people as she takes care of business. Clients place their trust and confidence in her because of The Elizabeth Advantage, a unique set of covenants between agent and client. It is this agreement that makes buying or selling a house with Elizabeth such a different, rewarding experience.

Elizabeth makes the following five-point pledge to each and every client:

Communication. Clear and open discussion is of paramount importance to a smooth real estate transaction. I will listen to you, and I will do everything I can to understand your needs.

Meticulousness. Juggling all the elements of a transaction demands excellent organization skills, and I have a passion for thorough and attentive planning. Rest assured that I will dot every “i” and cross every “t”.

Reliability. If I tell a client I’ll do something, it gets done. Period.

Accessibility. In our 24/7 world, “too busy” is an all-too-frequently heard excuse. I am never too busy for you or for one of your friends.

Guidance. Some agents have a one-size-fits-all approach; others sit and wait for you to tell them what to do. I will do neither. I will offer information, instruction, and wise counsel, both during your process and long after the house is bought or sold. My assistance will prepare you not only for your current requirements, but also for real estate needs you have in the future.
