Yankee Doodle Dixie chronicles the adventures of divorcee and professional Southerner, Leelee Satterfield.  I was disappointed in this sequel to Patton’s bestselling novel Whistlin’ Dixie in a Nor’ Easter. The second time around, Leelee’s haplessness is more irritating than charming, but fans of the first novel and chick lit in general will enjoy this Southern romance.
